Workflow – How the Safety Software Works

1. Incident Reporting
   Any employee or supervisor can instantly report an incident or near-miss using the web or mobile app. Photos, videos, and detailed descriptions can be attached directly to the report.
2. Auto Notifications & Escalations
   Once the incident is submitted, real-time alerts are sent to the relevant HSE officer or safety manager. For critical incidents, automated escalations are triggered based on severity levels.
3. Root Cause Analysis & Risk Assessment
   The safety team investigates the incident, identifies the root cause, and assigns a risk score. Pre-built RCA (Root Cause Analysis) templates and forms help in efficient assessments.
4. Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
   Based on the investigation, CAPA tasks are created and assigned with clear deadlines. Assignees receive automated reminders and status alerts to ensure timely completion.
5. Closure & Review
   After CAPA is completed, the safety manager reviews and closes the case. All data is securely recorded with a complete audit trail for compliance and reference.
6. Analytics & Reporting
   Dashboards display incident trends, risk heatmaps, audit findings, and training gaps – enabling proactive decisions and long-term safety improvements.
7. Continuous Monitoring
